ZoomInfo helps me make that connection right then and there. This is a fantastic addition to the ZoomInfo product line. Things I love: -Ease of finding insights on a company or a contact, especially the recent news and Scoops items. Incredibly valuable for prepping for on-site meetings. As things open up, this is a must-have app for anyone who uses ZoomInfo.

I submitted a request over a week ago to have Zoominfo remove my contact phone number as my company phone number in their system and I have not heard back from anyone yet. I also messaged them via social media about this and have not received any reply from that either. In the meantime I have people calling me all day and night as the main contact for my company even though I am not. I would really appreciate someone reaching out to me to help resolve this issue.

Net new leads coming in our SFDC instance are enriched daily to make sure the sales teams have the most up to date information while working them. The ZoomInfo Outreach integration is now live and you may export contacts directly to Outreach. Any contacts you do export, will also be exported in SFDC. They will be initially missing some ZI information in SFDC but there will be an append job that will run automatically to update any missing information.

Thanks Ben Webb: The Reachout extension for zoominfo has been hands down one of the most commonly used tools in my day to day work that has brought the largest impact on my efficiency. Honesly I don’t know what I’d do without it at this point. Being able to quickly grab basic info on a lead I’m looking into with one click let’s me keep to my task rather than getting side tracked trying to hunt down what I need in the first place. In situations I have minimal info it has been my go to tool for taking what I have and being able to complete the picture with what I need.

It doesn’t always work as desired, but in those situations it’s been a struggle to find what I’m looking for anywhere so hard to hold blame. My one issue, which I’ve seen others mention, is it sometimes get’s stuck, whether it be logging in or loading. Usually closing the browser completely, sometimes requiring a full end task in task manager, fixes the issue, if not clearing cache and cookies has never failed.

As far as software bugs go it’s one I am more than okay with navigating the rare occasion it comes up. I love the ability to tailor the search so that you can ensure all your criteria for the prospect is being pulled. I can quickly reference contact information from LinkedIn or while researching a company website. Some Emails also getting Bounced Back. The extension allows me to not have to flip back and forth on web pages to find candidates. I can now stay on the web page while i use the reachout extension.

If you need to use the more detailed search which i do from time to time, you can still use the extension to pull up the search on the web page.

My only complaint is sometimes when you select and email address i get a popup of how i would like to open this link. However, it’s not entirely accurate when cross checking a client in our Saleforce database which leads to an extra step or two.

Being able to use ZoomInfo while being on another website makes my job much more enjoyable and efficient! Thanks for this! The only issues I have is the contact information that is available.
